Agentic Business Studio
A subsidiary of ALXEVT · brand of ABS COMPANY INC.
What it is
Agentic Business Studio originates its own products in blue‑ocean niches, builds the brand and the client base around them, and sells the running business as an asset — companies as the product. The initials are deliberate: ABS echoes ABS COMPANY INC., because this studio is built to become the parent’s main product. Its first product is live: AI Bench, a model‑comparison workspace. A subsidiary of ALXEVT, operated by ABS COMPANY INC. of Jersey City, New Jersey.
The mark, read
- The egg
- Life — that which is about to exist, and the form every ALXEVT subsidiary shares. Never bare and never circled by orbitals: the bare shell and the three rings are the parent’s mark alone, and no daughter may wear them.
- Palladium
- The catalyst metal, and the summit of the maturity ladder. On a daughter it names the target, not an attainment — the owner’s rule is that the goal must be challenging, so each company wears the metal it is climbing toward. Inside ALXEVT’s own registry this studio is still the white foundation egg, because it has not been founded.
- The inlay · the box
- One instrument inlaid in the shell says what the company is for. Here it is a closed box, drawn in three faces so it reads as a solid object rather than a picture of one: the finished, boxed product. That is the whole studio in one word — a business is originated, built and then packed into something that can be handed to a buyer and run without the people who made it. The sibling companies are the supply chain; the box is what leaves. It is drawn apart from the classifier’s plain coin, which means exchange, and apart from PSAIO’s geared wheels, which mean an engagement that never closes: a box is the one shape in the family that is shut.
- The tile
- The dark Solari tile the family is announced on, inherited from the parent’s front door. It is the stage the family is announced on.
- Adoption
- Adopted. The company name is settled; an independent corporate domain remains open. The studio’s mark is settled.
The delivery model
The delivery model its owner defined.
- Input
- Its own idea — a trending business idea in a blue‑ocean niche. There is no client at entry and no brief arrives from outside; the studio picks the problem itself.
- Gates
- None owed to a client, because there is no client. The two decisions the model turns on are the studio’s own: to originate a venture, and to sell it. Their internal form — who decides, and against what test — is not written yet.
- Client involvement
- None. The studio is its own client until the sale. Clients appear only as the venture’s client base: they buy the product, never the studio’s time.
- How it would build
- Through its siblings. PSAIO, Board of Experts and Darkfactory are the supply chain — the studio is designed to consume the other companies rather than staff a floor of its own.
- Output
- A running business with a client base, sold as an asset — business as product. Brand, product and customers leave together at the sale; the studio keeps only the method that made them.
- The trade
- The highest risk and the highest ceiling of the five. Nothing is commissioned, so nothing is paid for in advance: every venture is carried by the studio until someone buys it, and a venture nobody buys is a total loss.
- Operator of record
- ABS COMPANY INC., Jersey City, New Jersey — the operator behind ALXEVT and behind this studio.
What exists today
What has actually been built and settled, as of today.
Each ALXEVT subsidiary is worked as a seven‑part package: brand, website, tools, strategy, roadmap, economics, products. The package now includes a settled name, an adopted mark, and one internal product with its site and tooling. Strategy, roadmap and economics remain incomplete; the state is recorded rather than smoothed over.
- Brand
- Name and mark both settled. The company is Agentic Business Studio, short form ABS. The mark — one palladium egg carrying the box inlay — is adopted. No wordmark, no typeface and no colour of its own have been drawn
- Website
- One product site. AI Bench is live at aibench.alxevt.com. The studio has no independent corporate domain; this company page remains on the parent’s site.
- Tools
- One deployed tool. AI Bench is a dependency-free Cloudflare Worker using the inherited SAINT-lite governance pattern. Its benchmark data is owner-gated for internal use.
- Strategy
- Specialization only. The owner has defined what the company is for; that definition is the model above. Niche selection criteria, positioning against existing venture studios, and how a venture is chosen or killed are not written.
- Products
- One internal product. AI Bench compares AI models and exports the authorized benchmark snapshot as JSON.
AI Bench’s benchmark data remains private to the authorized account holder. Correspondence about the plan goes to developer@alxevt.com; no other contact is published for this company.
What it inherits
Every ALXEVT company is the same egg — the family form — with one instrument inlaid to say what it specialises in. Four of the five are palladium. Darkfactory is the exception: its shell is unlit, because a dark factory is a floor that runs with the lights off, and a palladium egg cannot say that. The bare shell and the three orbitals belong to the parent alone (the Palladium Egg), and the visor belongs to the Saint Egg. The companies also inherit the parent’s ascent picture, its 16 Pillars as cross‑cutting method, and its technological stack.
The metal is deliberate: palladium is the target of the maturity ladder, not the rung any of these companies has reached — and Darkfactory’s unlit shell is the same palladium with the light off, not a different metal, so it stands on the same ladder. They are drawn at the level they aim for, because the goal is meant to be a hard one.
