AI Professional Services
A subsidiary of ALXEVT · brand of ABS COMPANY INC.
What it is
AI Professional Services builds software to order. Any product, undefined at entry, defined together with the client and refined until it fits — the most client‑involved delivery model of the five ALXEVT companies. Everything is settled with the client as it is built rather than fixed in advance, which is what lets the brief change without the work restarting. A subsidiary of ALXEVT, operated by ABS COMPANY INC. of Jersey City, New Jersey. PSAIO is its internal short name.
The mark, read
- The egg
- Life — that which is about to exist. Every ALXEVT subsidiary wears it by the owner’s decision: all daughters must be palladium eggs with specialization in business or in AI tools. It is amended for one company only — Darkfactory’s shell is unlit — so what binds the family is the egg rather than the metal. What differs between sisters is one instrument in the shell, and nothing else.
- Palladium shell
- The catalyst metal, and the top of the parent’s maturity ladder. On a subsidiary it is worn as the target, not as a grade earned. Inside the parent’s own registry PSAIO is still graded honestly, and a company that has taken no work stands at foundation.
- The inlay
- Two gears in mesh — the instrument of a model where nothing is handed over. A gear on its own does nothing; it only works against another. The client’s people and ours are the two wheels, and the product is what the mesh produces.
- Teeth, not rings
- The teeth are the point and are drawn deep enough to survive reduction. Two smooth rings would say two scales; two toothed wheels say engaged, which is the part of this model a client is actually buying.
- Unequal on purpose
- The wheels are drawn at two sizes — the client’s whole world, and the one thing that actually has to work. Holding both at once is the claim; it is the parent’s Atomic and Galactic lenses brought down to a single inlay.
- The open hubs
- Both wheels are hollow at the centre. Nothing is drawn inside, because the product does not arrive with us — it is found in the engagement. On a company that has run none, the emptiness is also literal.
- Not a coin
- The obvious inlay for a business company is the classifier’s Coin, a plain disc. A geared wheel is not a disc: the teeth break the circle at its edge, so the two do not collapse into each other at 22 pixels. The coin is still an open option for PSAIO; that choice is the owner’s.
- No orbitals, no visor
- The three orbitals — Change, Govern, Reflect — belong to the parent’s corporate mark and appear on no other. The visor belongs to the Saint Egg. Neither is borrowed here.
- No website tile
- The square tile that marks a project as reachable is missing, because PSAIO is not. It has no site and no domain of its own. The tile is earned by shipping one, not by drawing it.
- Status
- Adopted. No mark in this system is adopted without an explicit owner decision; this one has had it. It was published while still under review — argued in the open, then settled, which is how the parent’s own identity system was built.
The delivery model
PSAIO’s specialization is set by the owner: a professional services organization that takes on any product, works with the customer to define it, and delivers the product those needs turned out to describe. What follows is how the company works.
- Input
- Any product need, undefined at entry. A specification is not a condition of starting; not having one is the normal way in.
- Client involvement
- Continuous. The product is defined together with the client and refined until it matches their needs. The client stays in the room for the whole engagement — that is the method, not an overrun.
- Gates
- No single gate. Nothing freezes at entry, because there is nothing definite to freeze; iterative review is what takes its place.
- Output
- The final product, per customer needs as they crystallized — which is rarely what either side would have written down on the first day.
- The trade
- Highest fit, highest client time spent. Stated first because it is the cost: this model asks more hours of the client than any other company here. A buyer who cannot spend those hours should not buy this model.
- Where it sits
- On one axis, running from the client defines everything with us to no client exists yet, PSAIO is the first end. Three sisters sit further along it: one gate and then no client time; minimal questions and one approval before a 24‑hour build; and a studio that originates with no client at all. A fifth is off the axis entirely — it makes tools rather than takes engagements. None is trading.
- What it is not
- Not an escalation service for work that already failed inside a client’s own team, not a fixed-window production line, not a framework you install. Those are the models its sister companies carry.
The name, and what it still does not say. The company is AI Professional Services, which reorders the earlier Professional Services AI Organization and puts the AI in front, where the claim actually sits. PSAIO is retained as the internal short name and is used as shorthand on this page.
The reordering does not fill the gap it exposes. The AI has not been specified beyond the word: no delivery method, agent, pipeline or tool particular to this company has been designed, and nothing is claimed here about how the work would be automated. The name states an intent the company has yet to define — fittingly, since defining the undefined is what it is for.
What exists today
A company’s first asset is a decided model. AI Professional Services has one, and it is the most client‑involved of the five.
- The name and the mark
- Both settled and adopted. The family form — a palladium egg — carrying two meshing gears with their teeth visible, so the instrument is recognisable at inlay size. Type and palette are the parent’s family constants, inherited on purpose so the five read as one house.
- The delivery model, complete
- Decided, and deliberately open at entry. Any product need, undefined when it arrives; defined together with the client and refined until it matches what they actually needed; no single gate, because iterative review is the method; the output is the product as those needs crystallised. Set out in full above.
- Where it sits
- First on the axis. The five ALXEVT companies run from the client defines everything with us to the studio originates with no client at all. PSAIO is the client‑defined end — highest fit, and the most client time of any of them. That trade is the offer, stated plainly so a buyer who cannot spend the hours knows to look at a sister instead.

What it inherits
Every ALXEVT company is the same egg — the family form — with one instrument inlaid to say what it specialises in. Four of the five are palladium. Darkfactory is the exception: its shell is unlit, because a dark factory is a floor that runs with the lights off, and a palladium egg cannot say that. The bare shell and the three orbitals belong to the parent alone (the Palladium Egg), and the visor belongs to the Saint Egg. The companies also inherit the parent’s ascent picture, its 16 Pillars as cross‑cutting method, and its technological stack.
The metal is deliberate: palladium is the target of the maturity ladder, not the rung any of these companies has reached — and Darkfactory’s unlit shell is the same palladium with the light off, not a different metal, so it stands on the same ladder. They are drawn at the level they aim for, because the goal is meant to be a hard one.
