How it got here

Over the last nine months these builds moved from the simple and the educational toward the genuinely complex — not to fill a portfolio, but to prove the foundation the company is built on: a way of working that has to survive real work before anyone is asked to pay for it.

FirstA split‑flap timer and portable players — small, finished things. The point was the discipline: ship it, deploy it, verify what actually reached production.
ThenExplainers and courses — a biosphere, combinatorics, live population data. Harder content, real users, and the first tests of whether an agentic flow could carry a subject it did not invent.
ThenExam and practice platforms — AP, SAT, a card‑market estimator. Saved progress, answers that have to be right for somebody, and scope that no longer fits in one head.
NowThe way the work is run is itself the product: every change written down before it is made, tested against what was written, and kept on the record — and five companies specified on the same framework.
